Great place to have an event.
We used the overlook house to host our rehearsal night dinner May 2025. The house and gardens are clean and well maintained. Highly recommend using when flowers are blooming. It is nice that they have open catering policy. If serving alcohol will need a licensed bartender to host the bar.
The house is a great place for a Wedding. My wife and I were married here in 1997. My daughter was married here this year. There are plenty of places for a bride to get ready upstairs. The kitchen is small, but serviceable. There are a hundred chairs and 10 tables at the site for use. As well as fun glassware. The gardens are beautiful. The location is in a bluff overlooking an active rail yard and port. The trees block the view of the port, but you can hear industrial noises below in the distance.
