We had an incredible time . Owner Scott even takes the time to make your stay special . He sat back and had some drinks with us at Happy Hour. Free great quality beer from a local brewery .free breakfast was restaurant quality . Location is where you want to be for shopping , Dinner, and night life . Everyone was so welcoming . Can’t wait to visit again !

We had the best time and everyone was so friendly! We would highly recommend this place and will definitely be back ;)
The only thing we anticipated being an issue was the parking at the hotel, but it turns out there's a 24 hour free parking lot about a block away. So the one thing we worried about wasn't an issue at all. The room was spacious and beautiful, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better for exploring downtown South Haven. Great hotel to stay at right in heart of downtown. Breakfast was complimentary and had a great menu, and there is wine and beer on tap in the lobby. Todd in concierge was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had, changed our room at no cost and was incredibly helpful. Absolutely staying there again when in town.
