I just attended a Halloween Party there. It was very nice. They had good food and beverages for all ages. The proprietors are very friendly. It is a charming place. Definitely will return next Halloween.
We have stayed here before and it keeps getting better. The warm, friendly hospitality is unbeatable. The coziness of the room and the warm comfort of the bed is so relaxing in the heart of this lovely town. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the lighthouse and beach, it’s the perfect location! The made to order breakfast is the best in town and the complimentary happy hour is like sitting around your living room with friends. What a wonderful stay. Nick was so accommodating and kind to our group- prepared fabulous breakfast and happy hours and gave us great direction to reataurants for dinners . Just loved the place and Nick!
I've stayed at 7 different hotels in South Haven Michigan. This one is very overpriced. The hotel is nice but charges way too much. The hotel is nice and breakfast was very good. Beds are nice but no amenities. No refrigerator, no microwave no coffee maker no view whatsoever . We joked that our power strip was the only amenity that came with our room. They don't have a parking lot so good luck. This was our 1 st visit and we only booked because all other hotels were booked. Too costly for what you get.
We can't wait to return! With a warm welcome, Nick got us a room at 10:30pm after a turn of events at a previous booked location. We liked this place so much we extended our stay another two nights. Todd and Alex greeted us with a smile and grand "hello" each time they saw us in the lobby. The hot coffee and made to order breakfast was delicious!
