This company went behind my back while I was at work and persuaded my grandmother to sell her home! She had a UTI that caused dementia like symptoms and waiting until I was at work to get her to sell her house. Before the eviction was issued they entered the home multiple times when I wasn't home and when the eviction day came they stole ALL of my stuff after a Constable lied and said they would put all my stuff outside the gate. AMAZING SERVICE! I enjoyed renting with them and management is incredible, best landlords I’ve had! Maintenance was also so helpful and great! I Definitely recommend leasing with HHPM, Sophia is so sweet and understanding as well as everyone there! Thank you all so much! ❤️
Great management staff. Very personable, quick response, and professional. This apartment is in an excellent location. Good neighbors and walkable neighborhood. I would highly recommend Historic Heights Property Management.
Do not live at one of their properties. The only thing good about their properties is the location. There are all manner of electrical and plumbing problems, they do not fix things in a timely manner if at all, and their maintenance staff is largely incompetent. 600 Heights Blvd has a major roach infestation and the central A/C goes out on a regular basis. Just don’t do it. My last night there, I had to call the police because a homeless man was bathing in the swimming pool.
