They might get professional staff for the senior bldgs if they would stop recruiting from the streets.Nothing a resident owns is safe when they are around.
For two weeks in January this building totally sucked due to a total electrical outage not caused by the electric company in Chicago where we were seniors in a senior housing building were evacuated for pretty much two weeks. We are back in our apartments and just waiting to be made whole

Although building is only six years old, there are many issues with heating/air conditioning with many units. There are leaks as well. Shortage of maintenance staff.
