Not safe nor careful drivers. Beware using their service
This place sucks. The employees do not communicate with each other. Totaled my car on a Friday and called Friday night and early Saturday morning to find out what time they opened cause I wanted to get ALL my personal belongings out of the car before the insurance company picked it up (which I was told would also be on Saturday). When I got there the gentleman that answered the phone said not open to the public on weekends only one person on duty. The night crew should know OR be told no entrance to the yard on the weekend
This guy, CA123642, just cut me off on the 5 South, just before Downtown, at 3PM on Friday, October 11th, 2024. When I honked at him, he yelled at me through his window. You can be a jerk in your own car anytime, just not in the company car, my dude!
These people are so nasty and disrespectful. Speeding through the parking lot just to try to tow one car, really unsafe driving.
