Experience with this company has been dismal.
Have been to this facility this place is very neat and the staff are nice. The owner is very educated and knowledgeable, and open. The staff and owner makes you feel like a family, they treat you with respect and warmth. They are really nice to the residents that lives there and treat them with respect, dignity, they treat them well. This is how a facility should look like.... well done
These people are so horrible! So horrible do not put your family in this place! They neglect and mentally abuse these patients! They kill your emotional support animals. They will do any and everything to hurt you! They sabotage your placement with other people when someone want to get away from them and they upset when they can’t get what they want out of you. This place do not know how to treat Mental health clients...They give their client's mixed rules, and Treatment services. They go to the food shelves for food and shop only for cereal and milk, eggs and fruit punch juice...They will take away your services as for punishment if you get them angry, as well as spitting on you. Most importantly, they play with your mental health by trying to break you, provoke you, and to try to make you violent on purpose. They even killed my emotional support Bird. as a love one who have witness how they take care of them it was horrible i witness the owner and another women scream in my mothers face as if they were going to get violent and it worried me. my mother complained how they rarely bought groceries i remember she asked for them to get water and he refused . a lady screamed and spit in her face police have been called multiple times and i would not advice anyone to go here. please dont, they have also abused other tenants .
