I do not recommend this place. My husband surprised me by scheduling a "spa day". I was thrilled.. but not for long. Day 1- hydrafacial and massage. (The salon scheduled them in this order.) Cons: I'm not sure if the technician was qualified or certified on the facial machine and did not know what I was talking about when I requested "add-ons" as advertised in the the lobby pamphlet as well as the website. I've been going to His and Hers Salon for a few years. The hairstylists I've seen have given me great cuts and color. Depending on the time of year it is difficult to make an appointment with your stylist. I would also make sure you are on time for you appointment because you may have to reschedule if you are late. The salon is also a little far.
