Didn't get a good impression, got a message on my phone they weren't taking any new clients I have never run into this before, i wonder is it was because she knew how old I was...
The ladies were nice but my highlights were not blended into the root, I asked for layers and didn’t get them, there was also no highlights on the bottom side of my hair, and when I washed my hair the highlights all faded really bad. Very disappointed. I ended up going and getting it redone by someone else. Definitely recommend spending the little extra money and getting it done right.
