If I could give them 1 million stars I would!! The customer service at this establishment is well above any that you would get anywhere else! Both of the ladies that I encountered today were so nice and pleasant, they walked me through the consignment process and just got themselves a return customer!! Support black owned businesses cause they are going to be around for a VERY LONG TIME!!

I’ve been wanting a vintage Louis Vuitton purse, so my husband went into this store searching for one to give me for Christmas. Unfortunately he was not sold a Louis Vuitton purse, he was sold a luggage bag. I am very disappointed in the fact that the seller deceptively sold my husband luggage. Instead of being honest and letting him know what he was purchasing, the seller used his lack of knowledge about purses to make a quick sell.
