I am writing this review to express my absolute frustration and extreme dissatisfaction with the egregious lack of communication at His Hands Healthcare. The service provided by Erica and her staff is utterly unacceptable for a medical facility. They are rude and insensitive,,,, AVOID !!!!!! AVOID!! AVOID!! Calling this office is a completely useless effort. Phones are repeatedly ignored, left to ring, or sent directly to voicemail—and calls or messages are almost never returned. An actual dr does not work here. Erika is an NP. Was never even able to speak to her. The nurses are nice, but results took forever to get back. Went with another clinic that has an actual DR working there I can speak to.
Not a good PCP. Only good if you want beauty services done. They take forever to respond, if they ever do. In medical circumstances they should take things more seriously.
Such wonderful people and they take the time to sit down and talk to you they don't rush you.
Recently moved to the area and woke up needing to be seen by a provider. We found this urgent care on Google as we were looking for something close to where we live. All of the staff were very sweet and super helpful. I was seen quickly and felt taken care of. Would definitely come back and recommend to others!
