Extremely unsatisfactory experience, scheduled an appointment for 4pm, told the scheduler that I wouldn't be able to get there until after 4, closer to 4:30, she said that was completely fine and the stylist regularily stays later for clients. I walk through the door at 4:20 and the stylist can no longer see me because I was "20 minutes late" so she took another client!!! Even asked if I could compensate more for her to stay late and they said no! Pick another salon that doesn't tell you inaccurate information
I regularly go there for eyelash extension fills and rarely have good service. The second fill I had, she literally put 5 lashes on each eye and called it good. Was done within 10 minutes. $40 FOR 10 EYELASHES? Really? Last time I was in when she was done my eyes were glued shut!!! She ripped the lashes apart and sent me off on my way. Rude and not worth it if they aren't going to take the time to do a quality job.
