I went there to get my first silk press & terrible experience This place was recommended to me by multiple people. I sat there for over an hour no one engaged with me nor asked me what they can help me with. They all had conversations about the need to leave earlier. When I walked in the door initially, only one hair stylist spoke the others just looked. I love supporting black businesses especially black women.. but they have to do better on the level of professionalism
I found this salon by typing NJ ponytails on insta and checked out their page, they’re worked looked very decent so I booked and was not disappointed!! Definitely coming back.
