We officially sold our home this week and could not have done it without the amazing Tanya Ruff of Hirschi Realtors! She went above and beyond from the very beginning and was patient with the endless questions that we had as first time home sellers! It's obvious that she pours her heart into her career and gives her all in every circumstance. If you're in need of a realtor in Wichita Falls, look no further!
From our experience a good faith cashier check and contract on a home means nothing! Not even a chance to put in a bid against other bids. realtor was the SELLER and lied, her husband and her were in on it together. I have saved texts, contract and copies of good faith cashier check! Would not recommend this realtor or business to anyone looking to purchase a dog house!
I highly recommend using not only Hirschi Realtor’s but Ashley McKie she went above and beyond for us, and was there any time day or night to talk to us if we had questions, she even came and walked our dog for us when other ppl were viewing our home. She is also very professional and does everything possible to help us out.
