I was in West Plains for the day and tried to buy feed because I would not get home in time for my regular store. I was not offered a list of available feeds so just had to keep asking for particular feeds while the cashier stood there obviously annoyed. It’s a lovely store with lots of great toys for the horse person but I won’t go back because I felt so unwelcome. I will go to PFI or smaller tack stores and won’t buy feed there even if I’m desperate.
GREAT SERVICE, PRODUCTS & PRICES. We've never been disappointed with Hirsch and their employees.
