I haven't been there in a long time, and I went there cuz it was closer than the other supply house and I was reminded why I haven't gone there in a long time. I got a simple tee fitting and was charged $22 for it. When I looked at the receipt from the other supply house it was only $6. I've had this happen years ago I bought pipe insulation for hot water pipe and they wanted to charge me over $300. I went to another place and it was $68 for the same amount. DO NOT buy Water Heaters from Hirsch. Their return policy SUCKS!
If you have warranty issue, Don’t trust what they say go to Glendale Hirsch they have better service
