I was referred to Dr. Berry for a 2nd opinion after we had already been being seen by Texas Perinatal.I have a VERY high risk background (lost a baby at 35 wks, preterm labor at 25 wks, history of abruptions & cervical shortening) and I am now pregnant with twins! Not commenting abt the doc as he did not visit with me during my ultrasound . The staff ...some of them were ok overall...some worse....too business oriented..to the extent of being fake....fake smiles....fake concerns....fake 'how you doing'? They are just interested in earning the business.... Dr Berry is my perinatologist for a Twin pregnancy. I requested to move to Dr Berry after a not-so positive experience with another perinatologist. I have never regretted my decision! Dr Berry's office is soothing, his staff is friendly and helpful and he is one of the best doctor's I've ever seen. He spends a huge amount of time with you answering questions and ensuring you feel comfortable with how your pregnancy is progressing. I firmly believe that Dr. Berry literally saved my baby's life. We had a "miracle" pregnancy to start with followed by lethal complications around month four. We were devastated and told that our baby probably would not make it. Then we were sent to Dr. Berry. I had the pleasure to meet everyone who works at this location when we found out my mother had cancer and is now doing treatment there. I found the staff to be the most compassionate people I have seen in a long time. They called my mother by her name the very next visit and made her feel like she is the most important person at the time.
