Unfortunately, I had high expectations from reading the reviews. I spent $26 on 1 bowl of ramen, this is absolutely not worth $26....the flavor of the broth is mid and the noodles were too thick. The spicy sauce lacks flavor and the pork was 75% pure fat. I wont be returning.
Noodles too thick, broth needed more seasoning, boiled egg had jelly like texture. The green salad tasted bland, etc. The seats were really awful, they were too hard and hurt my thighs. Service wasn’t great either, it took them a while just to bring us our drinks, they brought us our side orders but didn’t give us any utensils, it took a minute for them to come around so we could ask for some. My wife and I decided to try HiroNori Ramen for the first time, and it was very decent. Fortunately for us, we arrived at a time and day where we had no wait time. The restaurant is nice and keeps a very simple look. The seating is not the most comfortable honestly, but tolerable enough for the time you are eating. Great ramen
Great food, great service, and even better hospitality! We stopped in for a late dinner right after a Long Beach Coast game, and we were so glad we did. The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. The staff was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to make sure our child was taken care of. He was tired after a long day, and they did such a great job keeping him engaged and making him feel comfortable. That extra level of care really made a difference!
