I had a very disappointing experience with a manager at this location, whose name was either Cherman or Sherman. From the start, his attitude was rude and unprofessional. I was told to wait outside, which I did, but I ended up having to ask about my food four different times. At one point, I was on a phone call when I asked again about my order, and he told me he would only give me the time for my food after I finished my call. Delicious tonkotsu ramen and chashu bowl. My son loved the crispy chicken, it is seasoned well and crunchy. The ambiance is calming which helps you enjoy the food more.
The Friday night wait is long but worth it. Great ramen.
Phenomenal. The ramen is perfect, water is filtered with so many things like watermelon and mint, and the service is always so friendly. My friend recommended me this spot and i couldn’t be happier. The standard is always met.
