Best Raman we had for a while simply delicious. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be BACK
The ramen itself was good, but the way HiroNori handles its service charge really left a bad taste in my mouth. When our check was brought out, we were told that a roughly 17% service charge had been added. I have absolutely no problem tipping — I believe servers should be compensated well, and I’m happy to tip based on the service I receive. Very good tonkottsu. The broth was very nice without it being too heavy or salty and the chashu and marinated eggs were very good too.
