The best vegan ramen I have ever had 💛
Had the Spicy Cold Dipping Noodles for dinner on a beautiful warm afternoon, they were delicious. They used sichuan pepper in the noodle dip as it's tingly and numbing, first time I've had them and it won't be the last. The charsu was nice and thick, and the noodles chewy. Overall, another great dinner at HiroNori.
I ate here on March 1, 2026. The service and atmosphere was great as well as the infused water that they serve. I believe it was yuzu mint melon and strawberry. The ramen was a little bit strange to me. it didn't have a lot of the typical additions that traditional ramen has such as bamboo shoots or wood ear mushrooms. The egg was surprisingly too sweet, its usually my favorite part of eating ramen. Small place great food. I can't for the ramen and was not disappointed. Oh try the karage, surprising good.
