“I’m really a Ramen guy” is what I used to say before I went to this place. I ordered their standard Ramen and boy was it fantastic. The soup itself is amazing what they put in it even better. They also give you garlic and spice to put in at you like is a must.
You'll find HiroNori Craft Ramen hidden on the first floor of a multi-level office building. Aside from a small sign on the side of a column, you'd never know the restaurant was there. The place is small, but the flavors are huge. We ordered the tonkotsu and vegan ramen & the eel tempura buns. Best ramen I've ever ate. Loved it
Oh my gosh, my daughter is a picky eater, and after trying this place, she said, “This soup, Mommy, is my new favorite dish to die for.” Just for that alone, I would give it six stars! On top of that, I loved the design of the restaurant, the fresh roses outside in the small garden, and the staff who were nice, attentive, and genuine.
