Hironori was so good. The Shoyu ramen had a super flavorful broth and honestly tasted really comforting without being too heavy. The cucumber yuzunade was also really refreshing and went perfectly with the ramen. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy, and the service made the whole experience even better. Everyone was super friendly and attentive the entire time. Definitely one of my favorite ramen spots.
Spectacular view here at HiroNori Craft Ramen. The cucumber mint yuzunade is to die for — there’s honestly nothing better to quench your thirst with its citrusy kick and subtle mint flavor. Will, as always, is here taking care of me and my guests. He’s fast, attentive, and genuinely kind.
