Visiting for work from NYC for the week, needed a ramen fix. Came across this spot on Google and it looked like exactly what I needed.. and after experiencing.. was truly IT. The Tonkotsu here is so creamy and delicious, wish I ordered 3 extra pieces of chashu instead of just 1, some of the best i've ever had.. ohh and the bamboo shoots and black garlic were such a great add.. Will 100% be back on my next work visit next month.. ALSO SHOUT THE TEAM HERE for all the recommendations, The Roobios tea was soo refreshing.
Great spot for a healthy meal. The ingredients are visibly fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. Just keep in mind that the protein portions in their bowls are on the smaller side, but overall, the quality and taste are definitely there.
Shoyu tare was decent, they deserve credit for not just serving tonkotsu like everywhere else in Southern California. Noodles were too soft despite being housemade. Half an ajitama in a bowl of 18 dollar ramen is cheapskate territory. Only gyoza on the menu were vegan so I skipped them with extreme prejudice. Overall congrats to them for having a shoyu, but soft noodles, spinach, and half an ajitama fumbled it.
