I love this place. I always get the chicken bowl with the soft boiled egg and I add broccolini. Delicious every time! I usually order takeout so I can't rate service or atmosphere.
Really great fast casual dining. The ramen is excellent. But what really gets me out the door and driving over are the chicken karate and the bao buns. No notes.
I came in and saw a machine to put in my order. Had a question and asked the lady behind the cash register who refused to talk to me (Not busy with other customer). When done I was told by a busboy that if I was eating there I should order at the cash register. So I cancel my order on the machine and go and stand in the now line at the cash register. I am very disappointed that they do not take cash. My son and I were in town for a soccer tournament. They won and I wanted to surprise him with a yummy dinner and we were excited to see Hiro Nori then thoroughly disappointed that they do not take cash. So we did not get to eat there.. My son was almost in tears but I only brought cash.
