Why are they charging an extra 13% service charge if I have to go up and order it myself thru a kiosk?
Now this is what I call a 5 star experience. When I say that I wish staff were trained like this at every restaurant they need to be exactly like this. Matthew and the rest of the staff that were working today went over and beyond to make sure that my experience at HiroNori was an unforgettable one, and it was.
