I do not recommend this location because their front desk staff is rude, aloof, and inconvenienced by customers. I have been a customer for many years, with Hiro 88 being a favorite. They have been my pre-concert go-to for years. That all changed on Sunday and I will not be back, along with many others. I have always had good service with no issues. However, this has all changed since we had a family birthday brunch there. The person who sat us said “we don’t do printed menus anymore so just scan the QR code and you can bring up the menu.” I told her that’s going to be a problem and it was, she said “Oh I’m sorry” and walked away. My 90 yo mother doesn’t have a smart phone, two of my party couldn’t get an internet connection, etc. so we were passing around my phone which mom was having difficulty with. Great food Our waiter Steven was the BEST
Over one hour later and no soup, sushi or entree. And can’t even find server to pay for drinks so we can get food elsewhere. Not busy either. Time wasted. Be ready for 2-3 hour dinning experience so you’re not disappointed.
Went in on Saturday 8/29/20. Had a reservation for 8 pm and showed up early. It wasn’t busy at all. We were sat right away, which is a plus. We placed our order at about 8:20 pm. We brought a large group in to celebrate my daughter going wedding dressing shopping. Our waitress/bartender was clearly swamped but we received fast, super friendly service. Not only that but she was super attentive to us and made my bride to be feel like the most important person in the world! She completely made our day so special!
