No longer HirlingerChevrolet now Cronin but same great service.
Terrible service noone works there noone answers the phone. I had a 8:30am appt last weds and its now tuesday and my car still has not been looked at. They need to get their act together
when the dealership was Herlinger. I loved it. Now that it is Cronin not so much. Service manager acted like I was an idiot. I had the port go bad where you plug your phone in He acted like I was asking him to amputate his arm when I told him I had a Chevy extended warranty and to please call and verify the coverage. The port works now but the software doesn't. Iam still trying to trouble shoot that myself. The service manager wanted the car left there indefinitely and that's just not an option
I’m disappointed to say that since the recent transition, the level of service has declined significantly. My vehicle has been at your facility for almost two weeks simply to determine whether the lifetime warranty will cover my transmission, and I have yet to receive a single update. I have called daily and left multiple voicemails without any return communication.
