Bought a 2020 GMC Sierra AT4 from another dealer 3 weeks ago. The transmission started acting funny so we took it to Cronin Chevy in west Harrison. From the moment we dropped it off, Sandra from Service kept us in the loop. I was never left not knowing what was going on. Truck is getting fixed and I couldn’t ask for better service. 10/10 experience with her and the dealership. If I could rate her higher, I would!
84.75 kinda high for an oil change. Other than that all went better than expected.
Staff was not very friendly when picking my car up. The price for a tire pressure gauge, plus labor and then charged extra for using a credit card (3%) giving me a grand total of $350.00! That is highway robbery! I won't make that mistake again.
