The employees at Hires were awesome! When the alternator on our truck went out on Christmas Night., we had to leave our truck in a parking lot overnight. When we called them in the morning, they said they would check it when we got it there. Of course the truck acted fine for them and instead of just replacing the alternator, they told us our options. We had them put in a new alternator and were on ou way home by 11:30am. Thanks for the great customer service!
