Definitely a full blown joke.
Currently waiting for results back about a pre employment drug screening. that's not the problem i'm currently having gripes with, if at all with that situation. the huuuuuge problem i'm currently having is that whenever i freaking call this place, it takes forty five minutes to even over an hour to just talk to a human being. and then when I needed to reset a password to check in on my drug test, i called twice to get that email, the first time the lady was nice, and tried to send me the email. it didnt show up. second time... read more
The service is here is not even SUB par, it's below that. we use this company for our DOT MRO. They are unreachable and offer NO help when there is an issue. What a waste of time they have been, I can promise our company will be looking for another MRO provider.
This place is a joke amd should be imberresed of the turn around on a drug test. SLOWEST PPL ALIVE.
