Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. My company uses them for BG checks and they refused to let me speak to a manager just to explain the situation we are having. There is some kind of glitch on their end and it isn't allowing me to move forward. So now our clients, associates and our company suffer bc Hire Right refuses to allow me the opportunity to explain. Unreal. Run far far away from this company
This company dosent have no correct information on anyone and im sure what ever trucking companies or any company use them are not hiring and missing out on great drivers or employees due to the false information they receive from HIRE RIGHT ! I attended an accredited college to obtain my cdl and currently OTR applying for a better trucking company to elevate my career and being rejected due to the mistake and false reporting this company gives its customers ! Lazy people. They want to have copy of contracts because they are too lazy to do things themselves. I have never had such a miserable background check experience as I have with hireright.
