At this point someone needs to bring a class action lawsuit.
This company is a joke as far as background checks. They practically ask you to do your own background check while they get paid to do it. They are highly unethical and place unreasonable demands on potential employees costing them time and resources, then deny passing the check due to simple issues like them not being able to contact a former employer. There are so many reputable companies who provide this service. Why would a employer go with them? They must be really cheap because they sure are NOT effective.
