This has got to be the worst, most unorganised, scammy and shoddy verification company in Canada. Not only do they not do their job, they make it such that you do not want the job you applied for any longer - I advise corporations that spend good money to search for worthy talent NOT to institute the services of HireRight unless they wish to loose the candidate. Terrible customer service when I called them on the phone
Absolute disaster! I don't trust this company to have all my documents! They are unbelievably slow and incompetent. Their physical place does not technically exist! I'm pretty sure they outsourced the process to some other company in India. They keep asking for documents on a never ending process. If I'm providing you with everything what you are checking? Who pays these irresponsible and incompetent people!
