We recently sold our house through "Hire Tina Friar". This was not the first time having Tina help in selling (and in the past, buying) a house. Along with Sterling, we received the same great service as in the past. They go way beyond what is expected , and make what can be complicated, very simple. They kept us informed of what was going on, all the way. We highly recommend Tina Friar and her company to anyone selling or buying a home.
We met Tina at an open house and shared our plans to retire to the beach but we were not quite ready. Tina checked in with us every so often (no pressure). So when we were ready we called her. I have no meaningful prior experience with selling a house. My husband was the one who took care of such things. Tina and Sterling helped me through the whole process with patience and understanding. They never told me what decisions to make just what my options were so that I could decide what worked best for me. In the end, they generated a lot of interest in my home and it sold quickly at a very reasonable price despite the buyers market.
