Recruiter clearly did not review my profile or resume ahead of call about a particular role. Recruiter wasn't feeling well for our initial call and requested to reschedule on short notice. That's okay - I can empathize with that. However, upon connecting for the 2nd call it was clear I was not actually being considered as a serious candidate and my resume had not been reviewed ahead of it.
