I couldn't speak highly enough of Damo's customer service after hiring a floor saw over the weekend. From when I first enquired over the phone to an issue I had with the saw blade, which he resolved without question, right up to me dropping the machine back this morning, his attitude and commitment to ensuring I was happy with the hire was top noch! Cheers mate.
I have hired many Boom Lifts in the past from other places and the delivery drivers are usually uncooperative and cause me a great deal of stress. I’ve had Jay deliver a boom lift this morning. It was early; which was great. Clear communication. Actually answered his phone when I called back later and helped me out with a small operating question. Nothing was a problem. Will be using these guys for everything from now on because of the service I’ve received.
