I had a HUSBAND come quote me $10k to paint my >1k townhome (no holes, no baseboards, no doors and no bathrooms. That’s $10/sq ft. If you didn’t want to do the job, just say it. I wanted to hire them so bad b/c I love the concept. Gotta do better!
