Went in for a seat fitting and the service was excellent. The young woman that fitted it knew exactly what she was doing and provided instructions on how to adjust to my baby's needs. Fantastic experience 100% recommend

Dropping by to say thank you for the outstanding customer service. Second time using Hire for Baby, first time both hubby and I got our car seats fitted and the fitted was knowledgeable and friendly. Second time, I hired a breast pump to try before purchasing one and I couldn’t return it on the date agreed due to having a c section and not being able to drive. Despite the fact the team was very competent and the process was smooth, we unfortunately have to give it a negative review due to the fact that we haven't gotten our refund back (we returned at 3 months instead of 6 months), and it's been almost 2 months! We followed up via email and phone calls, unfortunately nothing has happened.
