Hi Everyone ! So in terms of the actual service, the driver was prompt and kind. He also fulfilled the basic obligations. I would give him a 5 star rating. To be fair. My rating on here is for the customer service reps at the company who provide a false quote and inaccurate depiction of the car they would be using for the service. Instead of sending the car that they promised me via email and over the phone they sent a completely different car then we talked about. Being a DIY bride and attempting to be budget friendly in DC, can be a bit of a hard job. After checking multiple limo companies, Best Limo worked with my budget and was able to provide exactly what I wanted. Party bus before the ceremony and after the reception was great.
