I had a very disappointing experience with Hire A Maid. I booked a move-in clean for my new home and paid extra for inside cabinets, fridge, and oven cleaning. Only the fridge was done: cabinets and oven were untouched, and the upstairs bathroom wasn’t even cleaned properly. I was told three cleaners would come, but they sent four without asking, which increased the bill. The fourth person arrived late, did very little, and didn’t even introduce herself. I was present during the entire cleaning service and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. We hired Hire A Maid for a detailed move-in clean, including paid add-ons like the oven and cabinets. Despite this, most of those areas were untouched. I personally checked the upstairs bathroom after the team said they were done: dust still in the tub, cabinet not cleaned, toilet clearly not wiped. We are so happy with the work Alex does in our home! She is incredibly efficient, always asks if there are specific areas we’d like her to focus on, and her attention to detail is remarkable—she even notices things I miss. Alex is a pleasure to have in our home, and we love the consistency of having her help us. Highly recommend!

After extensive research, we chose Hire A Maid Cleaning Services to conduct a move-in clean for our new home. They were very accommodating in terms of scheduling as we had to change the date a few times. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were also very pleasant and easy to interact with.
