Technician was on time , very thorough and courteous. He made sure to use stuff that wouldn't make my pets ill and I liked that he showed me areas that could be hotspots for ants in my Yard so that we made sure to focus on that area .great service, highly recommend!

I spoke with Alex from Hirby Pest Control, he was very helpful, responsive, and able to get us scheduled the next day. Andy is the name of the technician that came to our home. He has been in the business for 17 years. This is clearly a career for him which is what one wants when dealing with an exterminator. He was thorough inside and out. He gave us useful tips and advice. We will be recommending them to neighbors as well as having them come back periodically. Highly recommend!
