I was treated by Dr. Hirasa for a bilateral inguinal hernia. I found him professional yet friendly. He explained the surgical procedure well and provided excellent prep instructions. The surgery went smoothly. While there was some expected abdominal discomfort following the surgery, there was no pain associated with the actual surgical site after the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Hirasa for General Surgery treatment.
Not a good surgeon.
Dr. Hirasa performed emergency surgery on me for a complete blockage of my small intestines due to adhesions from surgery that was 50 years old. It went exactly as described and 8 weeks later I have recovered fully. Both his manner and expertise are on the highest level.John Bergman

He is a bad surgeon
He made my husband and myself very comfortable from the get go. He answered all questions and spent quality time with us. Following my husbands surgery he called and was very upbeat and pleased that things went well. We recommend him highly!
Dr. Hirasa’s staff are professional and very Organized. Dr Hirasa assessed my hernia and we scheduled a surgery for me. I went in for surgery and everything went perfectly. Dr. Hirasa is an awesome surgeon and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a surgery.
I was taken to the ER at the beginning of January. Dr. Hirasa performed a life-saving surgery on me. I had a perforated colon with septic infection spreading. I would've died if not for him.
