I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by this pediatrician's office. After diagnosing my son with autism, the doctor has been unavailable for over a month to complete the necessary paperwork for the Disability Tax Credit, leaving us in a frustrating limbo. The lack of communication and accountability from the staff is unacceptable, and we expected far better care and service.
I have had the pleasure of receiving top quality medical services for the complex needs of foster children in my care as well as my adopted children. Dr. Hiram is very knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. Five stars isn’t enough. The office staff is very busy but they are wonderful too.
I brought my Preemie baby to Dr Hiram. After raising concerns I had I was belittled and met with sarcastic remarks as a first time Mom. I drove well over an hour just for her to do basics things my family doctor does for my infant while asking questions that she was never happy having answered. Often talking to me as if I was an idiot even though my baby was happy, healthy and developmentally well. Reception always had an attitude when I called to schedule an appointment or reschedule.
