HORRIBLE experience at this office. Took my 13 year old for a Routine check up and teeth cleaning but they added additional services WITHOUT consulting me first. Then when I asked the receptionist (billing person) she said to me “oh it was free - your insurance covered it” WTF!!! So you added the extra service because y’all wanted to get paid from my insurance! Then the DENTIST didn’t even come out to greet me and tell me what they did on my child! I crept up to the front desk and asked is they were finished. How can you not... read more
