If you're looking for a great-tasting vegan meal under the shade, I highly recommend Hippy Eats, an unassuming food truck located at the Mueller Hanger. Using 250 different ingredients, Jason whips up a wide range of tasty dishes. You won't miss the meat. I didn't, even though I follow the Paleo diet.
