Something Rotten was excellent and sitting in the orchestra provided more leg room. Otherwise this theater is difficult because of the comfort level. Visibility is very good, though.
I always have a great experience at the Hippodrome. The space is beautiful and the restoration is spectacularly done. Reviews concerning comfort should be tempered by the knowledge that floor level seating is wider and has more leg room. Balcony seating is a bit more "cozy" but this is due to the attention to detail in the restoration process. These seats are still great places to see amazing shows in a stunning venue. And to support one of the most important art forms we have in the world today.
The Rocktopia Concert experience was great! I loved the beautiful old theater and it's ambience. The show was great fun and better than expected!
