I had an inquiry regarding mold in my flat, and despite the fact that they weren't accessible to turn out they took an ideal opportunity to take a gander at pictures I sent and answer the majority of my inquiries. Truly accommodating!

Thank you for your concern about the problem we had. I thought it was too much water to be a roof problem so I called Christain and told him not to come. It was a pipe leak and we had it fixed.
