Kevin from Hippo Plumbing replaced the thermal expansion valve on my hot water tank that was leaking. Everything was communicated clearly and the work was performed quickly and successfully.

Had a great first experience with Hippo Plumbing! Kevin was referred to me by my building manager after noticing a slow drip from my shower faucet. Kevin replaced the cartridge and had everything sorted out quickly and efficiently. He was very polite, punctual, and communicated clearly throughout. I was lucky he was able to fit me in the same day. There were no hidden fees, and he came across as a genuinely honest and trustworthy person. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be calling him again in the future!
