Kevin was lovely to work with. Very quick response with a kind and professional assessment. Tried all of the easiest options first before talking through the problem and eventually replacing our toilet for us.

Kevin is AMAZING. I called on Saturday afternoon and he came over within a few hours to help fix my cold plunge which was leaking. I had the replacement parts but lacked the confidence to fix it myself. Kevin knows what he is doing. Very efficient and organized. I used my cold plunge this morning for the first time in a while and zero leaks. I couldn't be happier. I'm looking forward to daily cold plunges once again thanks to Kevin!

Same day service, toilet repair - no problems there. Overcharged for parts but what do you expect when requesting quick service. I guess that’s industry standard? Once the service was completed there was no response when I inquired about an invoice through email, phone or text and it took him over a month to send it. Once it was finally sent he required a 14 day turn around on the payment. Decent plumber; just an overall lack of communication and professionalism.
