My nails have clean lines, cuticles trimmed neatly, and the gel is smooth, no weird bumps. Lashes look soft and even, not poking my eyelids, which I really appreciate. Environment is quiet, comfy chairs, low background noise, kind of relaxing after work. Service felt organized and pretty professional, pricing felt okay for the quality.

Thank you for your response, but the issue was not about expectations or sheer nail polish colors. The quality of the pedicure itself was disappointing. The application looks uneven, the cuticle work appears rushed, and the overall result does not reflect a professional $60 service. I would have appreciated accountability or an offer to fix the issue rather than assumptions about my mood. I shared my honest experience so future clients can make informed decisions.
