I have 2 storage units with this company and I can NOT get them to call me back.
We have three of their crates and have been calling them for over two weeks to pick them up! We’ve left several messages and no one would call us back. My husband called yesterday and said, “come pick up your damn crates”! Guess what? She called back within seconds, telling us they’ll be here today! Well, we hope so, we’ve sold our home and are moving on Monday! Happy, Happy, Hippo... If you’re reading this.... “Come now and get your crates”! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
I called around to multiple mobile storage companies and I liked hippo crate the most. Michelle was very friendly and helpful, even offering to text me a picture of the crate filled up so I could better gage the size. We ended up have two crates delivered in Lexington, having them stored at the local facility for 4 weeks and relocated to Richmond.
