Payed $15 to have my car look like milk was poured over it. Also, the stains won’t come out. The customer service was great, but the Gold package that is supposed to be “good” for my car is going to cost me a lot of time and money.... 1/10 review because customer service was great.
0/10 Avoid... Part was broken off of my ‘15 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. They wouldn’t take responsibility, saying it was probably broken before. We had a car wash the day before back in Tacoma before driving over and getting all buggy. Casey was very polite, but not at all helpful.

I am always happy with the kind and eager to help staff when you arrive to the wet towel to wipe the inside of your vehicle and then the free vaccum. also the free air freshener is nice, I would say 95% of the time my vehicle comes out looking perfect.
They broke my mirror and wouldn't replace it. The guy on one side took the time to lift and fold my mirror in. But, the guy on the otherside forced the mirror and broke it. I had just bought the rig and was preparing for a trip 2 days later. They wouldn't take any responsibility for it. I had to travel with my mirror ductaped down. Not cool Hippo!

Of all the car washes we’ve used, we were the most impressed with the service here! The staff was great and my car came out looking fantastic! We will be back!!
The monthly pass is a great deal! It didn't work out for me but when I went to cancel, cody helped me and his customer service skills were amazing and he was super helpful! I have been going to hippo forever, and will continue to do so!
