I came in on a Friday, my second appt, with level 7 pain. I had hurt my lower back working out. There were no painful twists or pops of the back while I was there, which I really appreciated. I experienced worse pain later on in the day, but by the next morning it was like it never happened. 100% better. I think my body just needed a little time to react to the adjustments Dr. Hippard made along with the cupping that she did.
