The customer service I experienced was fantastic. Deb took care of my damaged item quickly & easily which could have been a real challenge since I don't live in FL. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm in town. And I love my new city wrap!
While Hipnotique has cute clothes, remember to check out the other items. There's a line of soap, Lolablue, which has a bug repelling scent called Blissful Bug Armour. It smells really nice, and actually WORKS as a bug repellent! If you hate spraying sticky and smelly stuff on to keep the bugs away, give this soap a try!
