Capt Hipkins would be honored it bears his name...
Terrible management and landlord, apartments with mold where they would not take responsibilty for said mold as it existed prior to moving in. Took our entire deposit for fees that shouldn't have existed and should have been completely refunded based on signed documentation. Please consider other options and do not rent here.
Me and my family were approved by the manager to move in. We signed the lease agreement and 10 hours later they called us back and said they were no longer going to rent to us.
