Richard went above and beyond what I was expecting. He was thorough, professional and had no problem discussing any questions and concerns I had about the property. He came recommended by a free stater and I understand why, he's worth every penny. If he's available to do you're inspection have him do it, you'll be more than impressed.

We met with Rick for our home inspection and he was kind, thorough and friendly. Not only did he alert us to risks about the property we were looking at but also provided other "tips and tricks" for how to make improvements to the property that would be beneficial in the long term.
While negotiating with the seller , I opted to get a home inspection. HIP provided a very thorough report which resulted in me having a better bargaining position. Because of this report, I was able to negotiate 10% off the seller's previous final offer. Very professional services and I would definitely recommend!
