They need to change the hours of operation. They are never open at 10 am closer to 11. I came 2 days in a row trying to pick up a bracelet I purchased.
If I could give no stars I would... They sent my husband grills with missing mossanite stones in the top & bottom teeth...Then the business has the audacity to ask for a 20% restocking fee when they sent him the product already damaged...It is unprofessional & very bad customer service!! I will never suggest them to anyone ever... They should be ashamed to even call themselves a business this is bum behavior...🤨
Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to inquire about Cuban chains and trading in some gold for grills, and these guys are really disrespectful. They tried to tell me 14K gold is worth $130/gram when pure gold itself isn’t even that price today. When I questioned it, the owner rude, and basically told me to leave.
