Found these guys through a google search after a 2am idea, 5 days before Christmas. I emailed and asked if they could get my order filled and sent before Christmas without killing me on shipping. They fulfilled my order and shipped that same day. I received my order on Christmas Eve in time for Christmas! I live in Chicago and they’re in Texas. Not impressed. They were more than happy to recommend a device and get a $60 sell, but 9 days later when the device malfunctioned they won’t do anything but refer me to the manufacturer for warranty service which will take who knows how long. I wanted to support a small local business, but this customer service is the worst I have experienced in a long time. I won’t be back.
The staff has provided me with excellent customer service, and being new to vaping, have taken the time to explain things to me. They also give discounts to veterans - so don't forget to ask!
